It's Otaly's per-ticket charge on paid tickets: 5% + $0.50 (capped at $9.99) on Free, 2.5% + $0.30 (capped at $4.99) on Pro, and 0% on Business. Free events never pay a platform fee on any plan.

No. Besides your plan and the platform fee, only standard payment processing fees apply — and we show everything clearly before you publish.
