Otaly is an event registration and ticketing platform operated by OCTATIX EVENT MANAGEMENT L.L.C. We issue tickets and registrations, and sell paid tickets, through Otaly on behalf of event organizers. The organizer runs the event, holds its permits and is the merchant of record for paid tickets: the buyer's payment goes to the organizer's own Stripe account, and the receipt names the organizer.
